If you haven't seen the scenery clinic on my web site, you can find it here.

Joe - Your tip to use isopropyl alcohol to wet the ballast prior to gluing, worked great!!! I tried it yesterday evening. I Can't wait to get volume 4 in the mail soon.

Thanks,

Hey webguy ...

Very cool, always great to hear I've helped a fellow modeler!

Okay. Having not been around the forum for some time I am trying to catch up so if my postings appear rather stale considering when the item I am responding to is dated, I appologize. I just read the scenery thread and would have to agree with the post on 'organic grass'! I don't know if they DO taste like chicken but I thought it was very humerous just the same. However if I have to see the donors after the fact I'm not sure I could go the organic route. Dale

Not sure people on here know exactly what you may be talking about Dale, so here's a link:

http://www.009.cd2.com/grass_page.htm

Scroll down a bit and you will find all the steps to getting a good source of cheap organic grass, and solving a problem with pets that like to hang out in the train room as well!

This could very well be the future of our cat if he doesn't watch himself!
