I use PowerDVD which has always worked in the past, but this time and ever since, PowerDVD does not recognize the disc. Windows Media Player 11 doesn't work either. The very same day I recieved the Scenery DVD in the mail and it payed without any problems. Do you have any thoughts on this problem? | ||

DVD+R stock plays best in stand-alone DVD player units, but DVD-R plays better in PC players. So we had to pick one and we elected to go with fewer problems in DVD player units (DVD+R) at the expense of a few more problems with PCs now and then. If you try the disk in a regular stand-alone DVD player (not a PC) -- I bet the disk will work okay. That said, if you have a disk that is giving you a problem, just office©model-trains-video.com the office and they'll send you a free replacement, no questions asked.
